I have things straihtened up at home now.

I have everyone under control now. Daddy let the little girls get away with anything that they wanted. But now almost all is back to normal. Jossie was worse. It is nice and cool here. I didn't like the heat, one day mom had to let me rest on a marble counter because I was so warm. But it is good to be home and dig in the snow. I miss the chickens though. You should see them run when I would come out. I had them in shape before I left.
Now I have to go, Lilly is watching the ice fishermen on the Lake and she needs help. If one of them disappear, we need to let everyone know so they can be rescued.

Emma in Texas

Here I am with Pietro the Golden, Bo, the little boy and Kathryn, the big girl. You can see how dry the lawn looks. Mom says that Austin is in a drought. The creek was dry too. This is the day that we flew home. It was in the 80s. Today it is -16 in Duluth.

It was good to get home. The little girls needed me to put everyone straight. They had become naughty without me. Now I'm am bust making them behave.

I flew in a plane!

Mom and I flew in an airplane to visit our Austin, TX family and go to the Clicker Expo. I flew under the seat in my new carry case. It was okay. Now I am at my sister's house for awhile. She has a husband and two kids and a Golden Retriever. He is a good guy. The big girl is very fun but the little boy wants to carry me. It makes me nervous. And they have chickens and squirrels. The chickens really run when I chase them! The squirrels don't play fair. When I chase them, the run up a tree.

At the Clicker Expo, mom and I took classes in dancing and retrieving and stuff like that. Some of the time, I sat in my bag and watches while people talked. Mom says that now it is time to go home and get back to work. So tomorrow I get in my flight bag and we fly home.

We have Our Christmas Pictures taken

Mom and Dad took our pictures this week. It was hard work. We all had to be brushed and behave ourselves, This is our group picture. We are in order, Emma, Lilly, Winnie and Jossie!

Then Mom put on our Holiday outfits and we each got our picture taken alone.
Here is me, Emma, in a dumb beard. I tried to tell them that I am a girl!
Here is Lilly. She is a Christmas elf and I think that she looks like herself. She looks cute.
Here is Winnie in her Penguin outfit. Tell her that she looks cute, she feels silly!
And here is Jossie. She was an elf too but she tried to eat her hat!

We Get to Have A CONTEST!

Mom is letting us have a contest. She said that we could last Spring but forgot or so she says. But now she remembered!
It is called Me and My Human. You dogs need to get someone to knit something for you and a matching something for your human. We each get to pick a Different contest subject.

EMMA'S Contest: "Get someone to knit or crochet a sweater for you and a matching sweater for your human. You need to have someone take a picture of both of you wearing your sweaters at the same time and send it in to me by Valentine's Day - Feb 14, 2009. I get to pick the winner and you will get something from me and your human will get a $20 gift certificate from Mom."

LILLY's Contest: "Get someone to knit or crochet a fashion accessory for you and a matching one for your human. It can be hats, Scarf, headband/collar, socks or be creative. You need to have someone take a picture of both of you wearing your accessories at the same time and send it to me by Valentine's Day - Feb 14, 2009. I am picking the winner of this one and I will send the winner something and a $20 gift certificate for your human from Mom."

WINNIE'S Contest: "Get yous human to knit or crochet a bag for yous n a matching one for yous human. Dey can be any size, big enuf to carry yous in or for yous to carry yous doggis biskits in but yous human has to hab a bag likes yous but can be in der size. Yous has to hab somebody takes yous and yous human's pictue and send it to me by Valentine's Day 2009. De winner det I pick gets a doggie soemthing and yous human gets a $20 gift certificate from Mom."

JOSSIE"S Contest: " I am always last so my contest was harder to think of. Get your human person to knit or crochet you a blankie or pillow and hab them make one like it for themself. Take a picture of the two of you with your blankie or pillow and send it to me by Valentine's Day 2009. The winner that I pick gets a doggie thing and the human gets a $20 gift certificate from Mom. Be creative about your thing, your blankie maybe a knit or crochet basket."

We get the computer gain!

Mom has let us get to the computer again! She hogs it. We have been really busy. We have had school and mom has been playing with us in the agility yard. All winter Emma and Lilian have had agility workshops. But now it is warm and we can play on our own equipment. Daddy got us a new tunnel and weave poles. Later this month we have a TeaCup Dog Agility Fun Run and next month we have a TDAA trial. Winnie isn't ready to trial yet. Lilian says that Winnie isn't ready to do anything yet. She says that Winnie wants to be a cheerleader. But mom says that Winnie is doing okay in obedience and beginning to do things in agility.

Now we have to go. Mom has said that the weather is nice and we need to go out to play. Soon Earth Dog will start and we need to practice on the chippermunkers!

Winnie passed and Lilian has her CGC

Winnie passed her beginner obedience class. She sure acted silly but she passed! Lilian took her AKC Canine Good Citizen test and she passed. I, Emma, have mine already. Winnie will have to take her test some time too.

It was so nice, we had clear ground and could play on our agility stuff. But yesterday it snowed and it snowed again. Now we have snow back. I like snow and Lilian likes snow but that Winnie. Winnie doesn't like to get her feet wet. What a wimp!

Mom downloaded the information on Teacup Dog Agility's Petit Prix. I went with her last year and this year she says that Lilian can come too. it is in October so we have lots of time to plan. I hope that the snow melts by then.

We are having Spring break from school. We start again next week. I will so glad to get back to see my friends. Lilian and Winnie like school too. Now I have to go. Mom is going to go out and check the snow. I want to watch.
