Contest: Think Outside the Sox

We are pleased to be partnering with Knitter’s Magazine, South West Trading Company and Universal Yarns in sponsoring this contest. There are 26 categories in all. Each category will be judged by the sponsoring company, and each winner will be awarded a $500 prize. Winning patterns will be featured in a new sock book from XRX. The categories offer opportunities for both knitting and crochet, different techniques and different styles, even hand spun. Let your imagination and skills take you to new places. as well as money and product prizes.

There is a separate category for 'Pros', the rest of the categories are for amateurs only. So you all have a chance. Sharpen up those hooks and needles and lets see some amazing socks being created. It would be great if the winning entries bought their sock yarn here and if they do, we will add a prize.
