CLASS
INFORMATION FORM AND REGISTRATION
We
are making class registration
more formal than in the
past. Partly because I need
to be better organized and
have a better tracking system,
and because we have been
experiencing some last-minute
cancellations that don’t
give us an opportunity
to contact someone
on the waiting list. Hopefully
this system will not only
keep me better organized
but will help you in registering.
We
will take phone or email
registrations for classes,
but they will only be penciled
in until we receive a check
or credit card
number.
Each registration must be
accompanied by a check or
credit card number, although
these will not be processed
until the first day of the
class.
Please
send in a check for the
entire tuition for each
class. Materials fees, when
appropriate, are due the
first day of the class.
Cancellations
must be made for classes
at least 7 days before the
first class day to receive
a refund. For workshops,
cancellation
must be made 30 days before
the workshop. There is a
$20 non-refundable deposit
for workshops. Cancellations
made after the cancellation
dead-line will not receive
refunds.
A
class supply list will be
available at least 2 weeks
before the first class.
Please review and purchase
needed supplies before the
first class. This makes
it possible to be
ready to start when you
get to class.
We
will give a 10% discount
on any pattern or book used
for a class. Using your
Yarn Card will give you
the usual 10% discount on
yarn. You will be able to
exchange needles for
another size during the
class time.
